Yeah, mindset is a good way to sum it up! I found your Insta when @michelle.languages shared one of your pieces on energy drain tasks vs energy-restoring tasks. Now I try to think about that when I structure my days, and it's helped me manage burnout/exhaustion (also ADHD, so content on that is also super helpful and makes me feel seen!). So because of that I followed you, and learned about the newsletter.

I've just joined this community, but the main thing that attracted me to it was the healthy discussion of learning and growing—I do identify as a polyglot and lifelong learner of languages, and it felt like that was a big priority here, but I also loved the vibe of making your learning/productivity/creativity work for your own neurobiology and energy levels. So even if I'm not necessarily traveling the world right now, a lot of your writing resonates, Rae!

Thank you so much for replying Ewa!! I'm just starting out with this whole newsletter thing and EVERY TIME I get a comment I get kind of emotional. So thank you-- you made my day! I was a language influencer for a long time, and I'm trying to branch more into mindset. It's funny because I feel like I'm not really talking about languages that much anymore but people still get drawn to me through that; so I'm trying to figure out what we have here and how I can help better!

I have ADHD, and I've coached hundreds of people in my time so 'your journey working for your own bran & energy' is definitely a core value of mine.
